Sylvan

The current design, by award winning architect Nettleton Tribe, provides for an eight floor high-end residential apartment block of 118 units. The design expresses a bold form fronting Sylvan Road that boasts views out to the adjacent Toowong Memorial Park and surrounding neighbourhood. The Sylvan Road facade is designed as a light and open facade maximising the opportunity for views to the park and city beyond.
